U.S. Government EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program

The U.S. Government’s EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program provides foreign nationals the opportunity to obtain U.S. permanent residency (a “green card”) for themselves and their immediate family members for investing in American businesses that create new jobs.  The investor, his or her spouse, and any unmarried children under 21 may become eligible to receive permanent U.S. green cards, allowing them to live and work anywhere in the United States.

 

Tiercel Security Solutions is a Traditional Direct Investment EB-5 Offering

Foreign national investors must make a direct investment in a qualified, EB-5 company that creates 10 qualifying full-time jobs. There is a minimum investment amount that is set by USCIS and an administrative fee for participants in the Program. Tiercel is prepared to assist its EB-5 investor candidates throughout their journey to achieving U.S. citizenship status.
